Refund policy

The 5-Day Window

Our return policy remains active for 5 calendar days from the date of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

After 5 calendar days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Exclusions

Customized Pieces: No returns or exchanges are permitted on made-to-order or customized products. 

Bulk Orders: Orders of 5 or more of the same item are considered final sale and cannot be returned. 

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are excluded from our returns policy. 

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and send the item back with the courier driver. 

Email the photographs to brookesandwill@icloud.com so we can begin the process of sending your replacement. 

Processing Refunds

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 days. 

Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total credit.
