Shipping policy

Dispatch & Lead Times

In-Stock Items: Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. 

Bespoke & Made-to-Order: For customized or out-of-stock pieces, please allow for a lead time of up to 12 weeks. 

Stock Availability: While we strive to keep our digital atelier as up-to-date as possible, our website may not always reflect live stock levels. We will notify you immediately should an additional lead time occur due to stock availability. 

Courier & Tracking

Our Partner: We use Fastway Couriers for all domestic deliveries. 

Tracking: Once your parcel has been scanned into the Fastway system, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey. 

Timeline Disclaimer: Please note that once a package leaves our care, delivery timeframes are within the control of the courier service.
